Privacy notice
The short version
When you submit the form, we pass your name, phone number and the details of your job to one third-party cleaning business so that they can contact you about it. That is the entire purpose of this website. If you are not happy for your details to be given to a cleaning business, do not submit the form.
We pass your details to one business, not several. We do not sell your details to marketing lists, data brokers, or anyone other than the single cleaning business matched to your postcode.
Who we are
Cleanerpair is a trading name of Vanza Properties Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16142341. Vanza Properties Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us through this website. "We" and "us" on this page mean Vanza Properties Ltd.

What we collect
When you fill in the form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your postcode
- The type of clean you want, and your property size
- When you need it, and the rough budget you selected
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and this site does not store anything in your browser.
What we do with it
We pass your details to one cleaning business covering your postcode so that they can contact you with a quote. We keep a record of what you sent us so that we can deal with complaints and run the service.
Our lawful basis for passing your details on is that it is what you asked us to do when you submitted the form.
Who receives your details
One independent cleaning business. They are a separate company from us, and once they have your details they are responsible for how they use them. We are not able to control what they do with your information after it reaches them, though we take it seriously when deciding who we keep passing jobs to.
We also use two service providers to run the website and get your enquiry to us:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and runs the form, so your submission passes through their network.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
Both are United States companies, so your enquiry is transferred outside the UK. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for 12 months from the day you send it, and then delete it. Twelve months is long enough for us to deal with a complaint about a job and to see which areas produce work, and short enough that we are not holding your phone number indefinitely.
The cleaning business we pass your details to keeps its own copy, under its own retention policy, which we do not control. If you want them to delete your details, ask them directly.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because your details will already have been passed to a cleaning business, you may also need to ask them directly. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
