1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleanerpair website and introduction service ("Platform"), operated by Vanza Properties Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16142341, registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Cleanerpair", "we", "us").

By submitting your details or otherwise using the Platform, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.

2. Definitions

"Cleaner" means an independent cleaner or cleaning company listed on the Platform.
"Introduction" means Cleanerpair sharing your details with a Cleaner for the purpose of arranging a cleaning service.
"Services" means cleaning and any related services offered via the Platform from time to time.

3. Nature of the Service

3.1 Cleanerpair is an introduction platform connecting you with independent Cleaners.

3.2 Cleanerpair's role is limited to facilitating the Introduction. We do not provide, perform, supervise, schedule, or process payment for any Service.

3.3 Cleaners are independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Cleanerpair and any Cleaner.

4. How the Service Works

4.1 You submit details of the Service you require via the Platform.

4.2 Cleanerpair introduces you to a Cleaner it considers a reasonable match, based on the information you provide.

4.3 Following the Introduction, all further communication and arrangements — including scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and payment — take place directly and exclusively between you and the Cleaner. Cleanerpair has no visibility or involvement in these arrangements once the Introduction is made.

4.4 If you are not satisfied with an initial match, Cleanerpair may, at its discretion, offer a further Introduction to an alternative Cleaner. You are under no obligation to accept any Introduction offered.

4.5 If no Cleaner is available to take up your request within a reasonable period, we will let you know. There is no fee for requesting an Introduction, so no refund applies in this circumstance.

5. Cleaner Vetting

Before listing, Cleanerpair carries out basic checks on Cleaners, including [ID verification and proof of insurance — state precisely what is checked]. This confirms the Cleaner held the stated documentation at the time of listing. It is not an ongoing verification and does not guarantee the Cleaner's competence, reliability, or conduct.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting an Introduction, and for agreeing terms (price, access, scope) directly with the Cleaner before the service takes place.

7. Data Sharing and Privacy

7.1 By submitting your details, you consent to Cleanerpair sharing them with a Cleaner for the purpose of providing an Introduction, including sharing with an alternative Cleaner where a further Introduction is requested or offered.

7.2 Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.3 The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools. Details are set out in our [Cookie Policy].

7.4 Where Cleanerpair wishes to send you promotional or marketing communications beyond service-related messages, we will seek your separate opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 As Cleanerpair does not perform, supervise, schedule, or process payment for any Service, Cleanerpair has no liability for the performance, quality, safety, pricing, or outcome of any Service arranged following an Introduction made via the Platform.

8.2 Cleanerpair is not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service outages (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers) or other force majeure events.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by Cleanerpair's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

9. Complaints

9.1 As Cleanerpair is not a party to any arrangement between you and a Cleaner, complaints regarding the standard, pricing, or conduct of a cleaning service should be raised directly with the Cleaner. Cleanerpair does not mediate or resolve individual service disputes, but acts on verified complaints by reviewing a Cleaner's continued listing.

9.2 Complaints about the Platform itself — including data protection concerns or technical issues — should be raised with Cleanerpair directly at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within [X] business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Cleanerpair name and branding, is owned by Cleanerpair and may not be used without permission.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

12. Changes to These Terms

Cleanerpair may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
